1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 365gam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 365gam.com. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment instruments — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity documentation where requested. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 365gam reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

2.5 Jurisdiction. You represent that your use of 365gam is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located. 3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365gam will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify 365gam customer support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 365gam offers SMS OTP two-factor authentication as an additional security measure and strongly recommends enabling it. All sessions on 365gam are encrypted using HTTPS. Users accessing the Platform via public WiFi networks — including locations in Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad — are advised to use their personal mobile data connection where possible.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Methods. 365gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Currency. Transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. 365gam does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to the verified account holder. The payment method used for a withdrawal must match or be consistent with the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification. Standard processing times are 1–4 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

4.4 Own Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your 365gam account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of such funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

365gam may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are maintained as separate balances within your 365gam account. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds unless otherwise specified. Where wagering requirements are attached to a bonus, you must complete the required rollover before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real money. 365gam reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for bonuses at its discretion where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 365gam are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, market, or game. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches — are subject to the sporting event rules published in the sportsbook. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and the Platform's right to suspend markets at any time.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer dealing processes operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, JILI Games, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play. 365gam does not control or manipulate game outcomes. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity intended to defraud 365gam or other users of the Platform;
• Accessing or attempting to access accounts belonging to other registered users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on 365gam — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 365gam or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written consent from 365gam.

9. Limitation of Liability

365gam provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365gam disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 365gam does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

In no event shall 365gam's aggregate liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 365gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in a verified account that is not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
